ABOUT US

The OPUS Centre was established in 1999 with the aim to make it easier for people to act for the benefit of others. 

Nothing makes us happier than working with people who have decided to change something for the better in the world around us. We act to make their work easier. 

SYNERGY IN ACTION.

HOW DO WE HELP 

TRAINING AND ADVISORY SERVICES

Each year houndreds of community workers benefit from our training and consultancy services. 

We introduce issues in the field of law, accounting and fundraising. 

We help register organisations. We support activists from informal groups. We explain procedures in force and advise on where to find partners and allies for planned activities.

WE FINANCE PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF ORGANISATIONS

We award grants for neighbourhood and local activities; we finance the development of non-governmental organisations, we offer, grants for job creation in the social economy sector. Every year, several hundred people have the opportunity to realise their dream projects thanks to funds provided by the OPUS Centre.

In recent years, we have managed to obtain nearly PLN 3 million for this purpose.

WE BRING PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS TOGETHER

We work with business, local government and NGOs, building mutual trust and confidence in cooperation between these worlds. We believe that in every sector you can find people who want to create positive changes together with others.
